We may also disclose information where legally required, to investigate abuse, protect lawful rights, or as part of a lawful business transaction subject to applicable requirements. Additional providers may be used as our operations evolve; we will update this notice when required.
6. Consent, Choices and International Processing
Where consent is required for collecting or processing personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Pryzmo will provide a clear notice and obtain valid consent. Users reserve the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. These commitments apply in accordance with the relevant provisions as they come into force and any other applicable law. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing or eliminate legally required retention. Pryzmo serves visitors in India and is operated through a U.S.-registered company. Depending on our service providers' operations, information may be processed in India, the United States or other locations. We will comply with applicable restrictions and safeguards governing international processing or transfers. We do not promise that website submissions are stored only in India.
